A total of 600 LEDCity light sources were installed in the parking, corridors, stairwells and basement of the new “ZHil” residential complex. In contrast to conventional systems with centralised motion detectors, NOMUS can save a total of CHF 143,311. Instead of entire areas lighting up without any benefit, the light follows the movement and thus enables truly demand-based lighting. Furthermore, thanks to individually customised settings, optimum lighting conditions prevail in the residential complex, which also saves energy. And if the residents’ requirements change, the various settings can be easily adjusted.
