The Association of Swiss Electricity Companies (VSE for short) is the umbrella organisation of the Swiss electricity industry and acts as both an educational institution and a political mouthpiece. In line with their energy efficiency ambitions, they have successfully implemented NOMUS. The result of switching to an intelligent lighting system? Impressive savings of 78% without staff noticing any change. The light adapts to movement within a small radius and thus strikes the optimum balance between pleasant lighting and maximum energy efficiency. But that’s not all: the system’s daylight control adjusts the light intensity to the natural light. In the corridors, the modern NOMUS Aval luminaires create a pleasant ambience, while in the break area the original luminaires have been retained and simply upgraded with a NOMUS Sensor Node.
